18k gold vintage ring with citrine

Product description

An elegant solitaire ring of 18k gold with a brilliant cut citrine, the citrine has a diameter of approx. 4 mm. Citrine is created when amethyst or smoky quartz reaches high temperatures. For example, by heating amethyst to temperatures between 300 ˚C and 560 ˚C, the purple colours disappear and a yellow colour appears in the stone. This ring is approx. 8.2 mm wide at the top and approx. 2.8 mm at the bottom.
